Payment Options

The City of Clarence offers a variety of convenient payment options for our residents. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

Payment Drop-Off Location

You may pay your bill in person at city office (200 E. Beech St.). We accept cash, check, money orders and credit/debit cards.

You may also drop payment (check or money order) in drop box across from city hall in parking lot at corner of E. Beech and N. Broad St.

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your statement slip. Please mail payments to City of Clarence P.O. Box 9 Clarence, Mo 63437. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five to seven days before the due date specified on your billing statement.

Online Payment Options

We offer two different online payment options for our customers to pay their bill online 24/7. 

E-Commerce is a payment portal option that our customers can create an account and have monthly billing statement sent to their email address. Customer can then log into E-Commerce click on their bill and may with a credit/debit card. 

NCR/Global payment portal option you can pay your utility bill or any invoice owed to the city by credit/debit card or e-check.

Automatic Bank Draft

The worry-free way to pay your bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the ACH Recurring Debit Form located above (if available) and drop it off at our office, along with a voided check.
